My recent weight loss...

So, I just finished phase 2 of the HCG protocol.  I managed to lose a total of 32 lbs over 26 days.  That is actually a NET loss of 26 lbs (over 24 days) b/c I gained about 6 on the first two days.

Let me just say those first two days were awesome!  The rest were...well, tough.  But, I realized most of my problem was impulse control.  Even with the HCG making me feel full and not really hungry, I craved the TASTE of food... especially the high calorie, high carb type stuff! 

So... now the maintenance phase: where carbs are the killers.  I'm trying to do the Atkins diet for the next three weeks.  This is supposed to let my body adjust and any deviation will just cause the fat to jump back on!  Also, I'm adding exercise more seriously starting Monday.  In a couple weeks I hope to be back at cross-fit!

One of the best things I am doing though it to track my caloric intake with an app for my Smartphone.  Just have to enter everything...bit tedious, but well worth it!
